lO. Any other business: – Ms. Karin Kaminker reminded that on the website of the UN Music Club there is a way to book the rehearsal room E-51. This feature should therefore be used and it is highly recommended to do so. It can be found under Topics and then go to Calendar. A password has to be entered. Please write to Mr. Patrice Piguet pp@planetis.ch in order to seek guidance and clarifications. Mr. Michael Wiener added that this feature can also be used to indicate public events such as.concerts on the website of the UN Music Club. – Mr. Patrice Piguet commented that the yearly membership fee of 80 CHF was considered by some as expensive. The Auditors responded that the fee was reasonable considering thaf the UN Music Club provides the equipment, and it is also much cheaper compared to the fee charged in New York or for other clubs. It was stressed that interns should pay anominal membership fee (currently CHF 10 per year), mainly to keep track of membership, and it was decided that this issue should be discussed at the next Committee meeting.
