An annual general meeting is held each spring to review the Club’s activities and discuss plans for the future. This is the Club’s General Assembly which all members are invited to attend and to participate in. The General Assembly elects the President and the officers:

Musical activities coordinators, a treasurer, a secretary and accounts auditors.

Committee activities:

The Club officers constitute the Committe.

It carries out the decisions of the General Assembly, monitors all Club activities,  inter alia,

– the management of resources

– management of rehearsal premises

– examines applications for membership with a view to organise groups.

– It manages the income and expenditures, decides on equipment and supplies purchasing and expenditures relating to musical coaching.

The Committee meets several time and sometimes establishes minutes recording decisions or recommendations. Officers respective responsibilities are listed in the Nomenclature Rev1
